Who we supply

Kitchens that cook the same dish twice

If a recipe leaves your kitchen more than a few times a day, a consistent base saves more in labour than it costs in ingredients.

Restaurant groups

Ten kitchens making a sauce from scratch produce ten slightly different sauces. One base fixes the variable and takes prep out of every service.

Caterers

Volume production from a central kitchen, where yield and repeatability matter more than provenance. Most lines are shelf stable, so no freezer planning.

Hotels and banqueting

Four hundred covers of the same dish is exactly what these formulations were built for. They were developed for a busy Malaysian service, not a test kitchen.

Central kitchens and cloud brands

Efficiency is the whole job. A 1 litre base cuts a production step and makes portion costing predictable.

Common questions

Supplying trade in Singapore

Who supplies wholesale curry paste to restaurants in Singapore?

We do — curry paste, laksa paste, rendang, sambal, tom yam and Western sauce bases in 1 litre food service packs, to restaurants, caterers, hotels and central kitchens across Singapore. Over 160 lines are available and samples are free for professional kitchens.

How do I open a trade account?

Send us your company details and the dishes you want a base for. We send samples at our cost, and once your chef approves the product we issue an account code so you can see your pricing and order through the trade portal.

Are the sauces halal certified?

They are produced at a halal certified plant in Malaysia. Ask us for the current certificate, and check recognition of the certifier against your own halal requirements before you rely on it.

Can you supply a multi outlet group?

Yes, and consistency across outlets is usually the reason groups switch. One formulation means the same dish in every kitchen, and it removes scratch production from every service.

What are the lead times?

Stocked lines usually go out within two to three working days. Pre-order lines and frozen or chilled products carry a longer lead time, which we confirm on the quote.

Do you provide specification and allergen sheets?

Yes. Ask for the current manufacturer specification on any line and we will send the full ingredient and allergen declaration before you order. Many Malaysian sauces contain belacan, anchovy, peanut or candlenut, so check before catering for an allergy.
